Shinco Real Estate Services Inc. was incorporated in British Columbia in 2004. Our primary goal is to introduce into the Canadian property market a product that will allow Canadians a cost-effective alternative of securing a property, particularly in relation to residential and commercial properties where the time between committing to the property and closing on the property can be long.

After many years of research and development, we have collaborated with different parties in the insurance, legal, banking, financial, real estate and property development industries in the development of our product. We are now pleased to be able to offer our CapAdvance product into the Canadian property market. A CapAdvance is a perfect alternative to the traditional cash deposit required when purchasing a property. This product is intended to make deposit payments for purchasers easier, safer and more convenient.
